When should I place an order?
I suggest ordering your invitations 3–4 months prior to your day (the earlier the better). Aim to send your invitations 6–8 weeks in advance to allow for RSVP and confirmation numbers.
Customizing your stationery
Whether it be a flyer, business card, invite or holiday card photos, you may customize the wording of any of the stationery items. Simply supply me with your wording and I will personalize the stationery for you.
Any of the designs can be adapted to suit your color theme. I do not charge for color amendments. Just let me know your color theme and I will customize your stationery accordingly!
A 50% down payment is required before I commence designing the project. Payment can be made by Paypal, Google Checkout or money order. If you have any questions about placing an order please contact me.
Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the nature of the product and considering all stationery is personalized, refunds can not be given after printing of the order has commenced. After the initial order has been placed, and provided the printing has not begun cancellation of the job will incur a 50% charge.
Designing your project
Upon receipt of your order and payment, the customization process will begin. You will receive a proof via email from me within 3 business days and here you will be given the opportunity to make any text changes that are required via email. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all text and content is correct (including spelling and punctuation).
Prices vary depending on the quality of paper and the quantity of your order. In addition to the cost of paper and my service fee. For a price quote please contact me and I will more than happy to assist you with a reasonable price.
